Short Bio

My name is Dev Raj Pariyar. I am doing my masters in Public Administration from Tribhuvan University and specialised in Public Policy. I had worked in an IT startup company in Kathmandu as a Project Manager for the past 5 years. Recently I am appointed as a Section Officer for the National Human Rights Commission Nepal. I am very much interested in the Digital rights of the public and this very event I think will be one of the opportunity for me to learn the different aspect of digital right and make new connections to work in this field for future times.
