In a world faced with numerous challenges, each individual's actions, no matter how small, can collectively make a significant impact. With this belief, I strive to play my part in making our society a better place. I’m puspa katuwal from dharan sunsari. I’m currently studying in bachelor. One of the most important ways I had contribute to society is through acts of kindness and compassion. I firmly believed in the power of empathy and understanding in fostering unity and harmony among people. Whether it's helping a neighbor in need, volunteering at a local charity, or simply offering a listening ear to someone going through a tough time, I believe these small acts of kindness can create ripples of positivity that spread throughout the community. Education is another area where I had focus my efforts to contribute to society. I believed that knowledge is a powerful tool for social change and empowerment. By advocating for equal access to education and supporting educational initiatives, My aim to empower individuals, particularly those from marginalized communities, to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society. When i was the school child club President I advocate for equal access to education for those who is marginalized communities student. Environmental sustainability is another crucial aspect of my contribution to society. With the growing threat of climate change and environmental degradation, I am committed to adopting sustainable practices in my daily life, such as reducing waste, conserving energy, and supporting eco-friendly initiatives. I also actively participate in environmental conservation efforts, such as tree planting drives and beach clean-ups, to protect our planet for future generations. Moreover, when i was age of 13 .I recognized the importance of promoting social justice and equality in building a better society . I advocate for the child right ,adolescents groups,youth groups,SDGs ,rights of marginalized groups, including racial and ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people with disabilities. By speaking out against discrimination and injustice, I strive to create a more inclusive and equitable society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. As a Scout Master and Ranger at Nepal Scouts, she mentors young individuals in leadership and life skills. I involve with YUWA as an SRHR champion underscores her dedication to sexual and reproductive health rights education. My role in various youth and advocacy organizations, such as Girls Out Loud Global and the Youth Development Center, highlights my commitment to empowering young women and promoting gender equality. I had also actively participated in numerous youth conferences and conclaves, fostering regional and international dialogue. I had worked as a former positions, including Media Coordinator at New Vision Open Crew and Program Presenter at Dantakali FM, showcase Kishori ka kura program efforts to raise awareness on sexual reproduction health right and more about social issues. I reach 2 thousand adolescents in Covid-19’s and teach them about how to make reusable sanitary pad and SRH. When i was in child club I worked in child marriage,child labor,child rights. My success story was cover by plan international nepal .now i am volunteering at nepal scout in different schools. And fellowship program of radha poudel foundation and DMC campaign nepal. Attending the Digital Rights School excites me as a passionate advocate for online freedom and human rights. With my background in law and technology, I seek to deepen my expertise in digital privacy, expression, and ethics. This program's rich curriculum and diverse expert community promise to enhance my global perspective and advocacy skills. Engaging in hands-on projects will allow me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges. Ultimately, I aim to develop robust digital policies that safeguard individual freedoms while fostering innovation, ensuring that digital spaces remain inclusive and just for all.
